coconut, cashew or almond milk

chia seeds
optional:
cacoa nibs, granola, shredded/chopped coconut, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, drizzle of honey or maple syrup, sprinkled cinnamon
Instructions
In mason jar or cup, whisk together milk of choice and chia seeds.
Let sit for 3 minutes, then whisk again to break-up any clumping of chia seeds.
Cover with lid and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight until chia seeds are absorbed. Top with all the toppings when ready to eat!
