Chia Power Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut, cashew or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • optional: cacoa nibs, granola, shredded/chopped coconut, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, drizzle of honey or maple syrup, sprinkled cinnamon

Instructions

  •  In mason jar or cup, whisk together milk of choice and chia seeds.
  • Let sit for 3 minutes, then whisk again to break-up any clumping of chia seeds.
  • Cover with lid and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight until chia seeds are absorbed. Top with all the toppings when ready to eat!
