Berry Baked Oats

gluten-free rolled oats

pure maple syrup

mashed banana, medium size

melted butter or oil

baking powder

vanilla extract

almond milk*

mixed frozen berries
(keep frozen)
pinch of salt

ground flaxseed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F & grease a 13x9in casserole dish.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until incorporated.
Pour mixture into the greased casserole dish & bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and starting to brown on the top.
Remove from oven. Serve topped with additional berries, nut butter, or yogurt depending on your dietary preferences. ENJOY!

*unsweetened almond milk is our go-to in this but any milk will work.
