Ingredients

  • 1 C pumpkin puree canned, chilled
  • 1/2 C coconut milk canned, chilled
  • 1/2 C ice
  • 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  • Top with sprinkled cinnamon if desired
