Chimichurri, popular in South America, makes this dish pop with flavors of cilantro, garlic, ginger, and crème fraiche. We used Trader Joe’s Smoked Andouille Chicken Sausage, adding the perfect spice of paprika. The broccoli and cauliflower provide extra crunch and nutrition to make this even more heathy and filling! Trader Joe's One Skillet Sausage & Chimichurri Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 package of Trader Joe's Smoke Andouille Chicken Sausage
- 1 bag of Broccoli and Cauliflower Duet can sub just broccoli
- 1 bag of Trader Joe's Chimichurri Rice find it in the freezer section
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Slice the sausage links into coins.
- Coat a nonstick skillet with extra virgin olive oil and heat over medium high heat.
- Add sausage to the pan and fry, flipping halfway through, for about 8 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove sausage and set aside.
- Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the same pan with 3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove cover and add Chimichurri rice and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir and cook for 5 minutes or until rice is hot.
- Add sausage back to the pan and cook for additional minute or two, or until sausage is warmed.
- Spoon into bowls and enjoy!
