Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir to combine. Form into bite-sized balls. Place on cookie sheet topped with parchment paper. Freeze or refrigerate for 1 hour to set. Enjoy!
